Join us for Futurespective at the renowned Kuumbwa Jazz Center–a concert of Jon Scoville’s music played live! Each distinct musical gem is its own short story or poem.

New Music Works at UC Santa Cruz
Scovilleana a suite of Jon Scoville’s musical worlds accompanied by visuals, co-produced with New Music Works. Phil Collins has been a hero to our local new music scene for years, and has presented a range of Jon’s music as well as hundreds of adventurous composers. Along with visual elements—it will feature virtuoso jazz pianist Art Lande—Jon’s long-time friend and collaborator whose first work together began in 1976!

One of the most esteemed American modern dance schools for youth will present a concert with Scoville music, featuring duets with differently-abled children and a family member. The concert brings old friends together— directed by Joni Wilson, Director of Studio Programs -and former student of Jon’s at the University of Utah- and Pamela Geber Handman, Professor at the University of Utah, and former colleague and longtime friend of Jon’s.
